Welcome to our team's page!
The Environmental Genomics group headed by Prof. Eva H Stukenbrock is affilated with the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology in Plön, and the Botanical Institute of the Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel in the State of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Research in the group focuses on different aspects of fungal evolution. The group integrates experimental, molecular and computational approaches to study adaptation and population genetics in plant pathogenic fungi and plant-associated microbes.
